Every year the F45 community does a Halloween workout, where everyone dresses up and they have a contest to see who wore the best outfit.

Indian Wells 70.3
Indian Wells 70.3 is Palm Springs Ironman. This gruelling race is only for high performance triathletes. We filmed two Canadian athletes, Cody Salhstrom and Lauren Babineau, throughout the race, to capture their total overall race. Both Athletes places within the top 50 out of 300.
Premier 7’s Tryouts
Premier 7’s is a semi-professional 7’s league from the United States. This was their first Canadian tryouts held in Langford, held to find Canadian talent to bring into their league

What kind of Sports and Athletes do you film?
We film all sports of any kind. We’ve filmed Triathlons, Mountain biking, Workouts, Swimming, Running, Supplement ads, Hockey, Rugby, you name it and we’ve likely filmed it. We love filming sports since it’s a passion we had growing up. We know what Athletes like to see, because we love to see it.
Do you do sports event coverage?
Yes we do, we film highlight videos, and event announcement videos for all sorts of sports across Vancouver Island and Vancouver.
Where have you filmed?
We’ve filmed all over the places, some locations more beautiful than others. From Palm Springs, to Nicaragua, there’s nowhere we won’t go to capture some sports being played.
What sports did you play growing up?
We could list all the sports possible, but the main ones we did growing up were Rugby, Hockey, Wrestling, Soccer, Baseball, and Powerlifting. We love sports and we love that even though because of injuries we can’t play them, we can still be a part of those communities.
